Want to do something fun and creative? Create a beautiful & truly unique work of art for you or for gifting.

In this workshop, you will learn how to create beautiful works of decorative and functional art by layering art glass to be fused in Jill's studio kiln after class. You will be introduced to the fundamental concepts of creating glass objects in the kiln and then make a 7” x 7” fused and slumped glass plate or 4 glass coasters, choosing from a selection of different types and colors of glass. This popular class is tailored to absolute beginners to advanced students. Finished work will be available for pick up in 1 or 2 weeks.

Students interested in additional glass exploration should check out Jill's other workshops, where students have the option to make an Abstract Glass Mosaic or Fused Glass Holiday Ornaments.

No experience with glass is required for this course.  Cost includes all project supplies, use of equipment, kiln firing and art glass.
